Coming Up

Hello families!!

I hope your daughters are enjoying practices and coming home a bit sore. This IS conditioning practice after all. Once they are playing in games they will be so glad this foundation is being laid!

We will NOT be having practice this coming Monday. So celebrate the long weekend!!

Coach Eddie passed out fliers for the Tulsa Volleyball Academy’s Summer Academy.(http://www.tulsava.com/images/pdfs/academyflier2010.pdf)

They are 3 day skill specific camps for different ages. He also said they are allowing 17 year olds to attend the camps with 16 years olds. If you did not get one of these papers you can visit the sight at http://www.tulsava.com/ .

This is not mandatory but would be helpful at any skill level. The head coach for TVA is Inna Felkins and her number is 918.671.9219 if you have any questions.

We have also decided to push back try outs until late next month. With so many new girls trickling in we think it would be best to wait. Either Coach Eddie or I will let you know when that has been decided.

revised schedule

Here is the revised schedule again.

 

I removed the two tournaments that i was never able to get a call back and I am thru stalking them.  I still have one more school that I am working.

 

Note the dates of Springfield nationals has changed.  David Van pointed that out to me (thank you)  hopefully by moving up our awards a week Sofia and Amy will be able to attend and not be knee deep in club ball by then.

Ps.  Katie picked up the balls and the baskets for me so that is done!!  When we hear back about our fall schedule and games I will address the ref stand.
