try outs next week

Hello families,

We have consistently had about 35 girls attend our summer conditioning practices.

With only have one try out we have had lots of girls interested but missing the try out date.  which is fine if they are regulars and Coach Eddie, Coach Dave and Coach Brian have had a chance to see them practice on a regular basis.

I would like to give Coach Eddie a compiled list of who is NOT going to be at try outs BUT still would like to play OR if you daughter came to a practice one or two times but decided it wasnt her thing... please let me know so i can cross her off his attendance list.

I am going to be out of town during try outs so the sooner i have this information the better for all of us.

Below is a list of girls i have received information about unless you have changed your mind and do not want to be considered for a team.

Go Jags!!

Fwd: Try outs are coming up!

Hello NOAH families,

Our Summer Skills and Conditioning practices are quickly winding down bringing us to the big event called "try outs"!!!

Tryouts:
Try-outs will be Thursday, July 7th from 5 - 7pm at Christian Chapel  7807 E. 76th, Tulsa, OK  74133

Coach Eddie will email you the following weekend letting you know what team you made.

Practices:
Team practices will begin that Monday, July 11th:  Junior High and Junior Varsity will be from 5 - 6:45
  Varsity  6 - 8pm

Parents Meeting:
There will be a Parent Meeting during practice on Tuesday, July 12th at 5pm

ORU Camp:
And the Varsity Team has been asked to fill a spot at the ORU Team camp from July 18 -21 for $120 (checks made directly to ORU) Coach Eddie would love to see all 10 Varsity players attend.

Lots of dates to write down and make sure your calendar is ready for the commitment that is NOAH volleyball!!

If you are on vacation and will not be able to attend try outs please let one of us know  ahead of time so that we can make other arrangements.

Jr. High Team Roster:
For the 6th graders and below who have been enjoying our summer conditioning and skills practices.  Coach Eddie said to plan on attending the try outs just so you know what they are like and it again will only improve your chances of making the team when you are 12 years old (or in 7th grade).  AND if we are short on 7 and 8th graders trying out then we will fill the remaining slots with younger athletes.

Go Jags!!!
